We have recently installed a personal weather station on Lot 58, near the center of the ranch. The weather station reports to a couple commercial services, and NOAA.
The easiest way to view the current conditions is to add the Wunderground app to your phone or tablet, or view it on the web at: https://www.wunderground.com/personal-weather-station/dashboard?ID=KAZTUBAC9. The WunderStation app allows even more detailed examination using the Station ID KAZTUBA9.

The station only went functional on Jan. 15. We measured 1.10″ of rain in January, 2019 prior to Jan. 15, so you’ll need to add that amount to the reported year-to-date total on the posting.
