As part of the process for Liberty Utilities to take MSR into its service area, they need to demonstrate to the Arizona Corporation Commission that the Members desire such service. The Association Secretary mailed a memo explaining this, and the consent form, to each Member today. Please sign and return the consent form to the Secretary as soon as possible. You can bring the form to the Annual Meeting if you prefer. Please note that the form is required for ALL lots, not just those with water meters.
