The MSR Community Design Guidelines have been updated and approved by the Community Association Board, effective Feb. 13, 2023, replacing the previous guidelines (dated April 4, 2008). The new guidelines can be accessed directly at http://www.msr-hoa.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/MSR_Community_Design_Guidelines_Final_230213.pdf.
The new guidelines are more streamlined, less prescriptive, and rely more heavily on dialog between the Owner and the Design Review Committee; the committee currently consists of: David Blouin, Conrad McCarthy, and Russell Palmer.
